Paris Simmons is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a rich background in therapy and counseling services, focusing on helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and life transitions. A graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Paris earned her Master of Social Work degree from Howard University. Paris specializes in working with individuals seeking meaningful emotional growth, providing support through a client-centered, strengths-based approach. She is particularly passionate about helping young athletes build mental resilience and achieve their full potential, both on and off the field. .

Sammia Jones / Licensed Master Social Worker

Sammia Jones is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who brings a holistic, compassionate approach to helping individuals, especially at-risk youth, navigate life’s challenges. Sammia earned her Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University, equipping her with both a deep academic foundation and practical experience across a variety of social work settings. Her approach combines empathy and understanding, allowing her to address the unique needs of each client.

Sammia’s passion for empowering young people is evident in her commitment to helping them overcome personal struggles and develop key life skills such as resilience, self-efficacy, and emotional regulation. Her therapeutic work is centered around building a safe space for clients to grow, reflect, and heal.

Monjah Brown / Sports Mentor

Monjah Brown is a former football athlete who has transitioned into a mentor for athletes navigating the pressures and challenges of high-performance sports careers. Drawing from his own experiences, Monjah provides invaluable insights into mental resilience, stress management, and the life skills needed to succeed both on and off the field. Passionate about empowering athletes, he uses his journey to help them build confidence, cultivate mental toughness, and find balance in their personal and professional lives. Monjah’s mentorship focuses on creating a growth mindset that allows athletes to unlock their full potential and prepare for life beyond their sports careers. but also in their overall well-being and future goals.

Chalyn Wright is a talented and creative student at Morgan State University with a passion for social media and its ability to connect people. From a young age, Chalyn has had an innate talent for creativity and has used social media as a platform for inspiration and positive influence. Over the years, her love for creativity and connection has only grown, as she has honed her skills in using social media to elevate brands and businesses. Chalyn thrives on turning creative ideas into impactful stories and successful digital strategies. Her deep understanding of social media’s power helps businesses and individuals shine online and expand their reach with their target audiences.

Jeseka Holloway

Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor

Jeseka Holloway is a bilingual Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) dedicated to fostering safe, supportive environments where women, children, and families can heal, grow, and thrive. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she brings over a decade of experience in counseling, education, and maternal support, along with a deep sense of cultural humility and empathy, to every aspect of her work.

Jeseka specializes in supporting women through emotional wellness, motherhood, trauma, and major life transitions. Her additional credentials as a trained doula and lactation specialist uniquely position her to guide clients through the perinatal and postpartum experience, offering compassionate, evidence-based care during pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting.

Her counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. She integrates trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered techniques to meet clients where they are—always honoring their lived experiences and cultural identities.

Jeseka holds a Master of Arts in Student Counseling from Liberty University and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University. She is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and deeply committed to holistic, client-centered care that empowers individuals to reconnect with their inner strength and resilience.

She focuses on creating seamless, supportive experiences for both clients and providers, contributing to sustainable growth and meaningful impact in the mental health space.

Jean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Capella University and continuously seeks to align operational excellence with compassionate, client-centered care.
